First off, why did you take screenshots of everything before it all kicked off, you planned to be a richard and then just throw it all back in our faces, didn't you?
Secondly rule 3 applies to people who are actually abusing someone e.g "you are a monday".
It doesn't say 'Don't build near spawn' it says build far from the spawn, it's a suggestion.

i took that picture after i got /killed the first time
before the recent update there weren't any rules that said no griefing
i was abused, i was constantly /killed for no reason
do i get to keep the items since all of this happened before the rule changes?

the first time i got /killed, he chased me around then couldn't catch up and /killed me, he's perfectly capable of chasing after me considering he can fly, and has more than enough mats to make armor

Alright lets stop this stuff catastrophe before it gets out of hand, I admit that it was certainly my fault for his actions while i was not on the server at that time and if i were there i would have made sure he didn't /kill you, I'll remove permissions which allow him to stop people doing things so things like this don't happen again, I just want to make the use out of the money I spend on the server so people can come on and have fun, can we all get along please?
