ok so the tekkit server was working, today it was working and i was on with a few other people and then the server froze
so i restarted it, and this happened

what am i doing wrong

witches usually fall out of the house, walk away, then die.

Jeb needs to add doors to their houses. Then he can patch it into the normal villager system so they don't wander away, get lost, and/or die.
