It does have a third section behind it, not shown in the picture.  It's not too bad in person.  As you know, we usually end up re-doing most of the public buildings later on anyway.

I can't think of any expression that would completely embody my reaction to seeing this, but know that it's along the lines of "are you daft?"  Kalphiter would never host for Diggy.  Edit: Or at least, if not the other way around.
