Not much crashing
PS3 >>>>>>>>>XBOX. everyone's loving XBOX has/will/again break.

Pretty good games(shooting, sandbox, adventure, rpg, fighting, racing
- thats for you to decide what you like, dont ask others

Teraflops are what are used to measure "super computers"
because "super computers" are defined by using multiple processors. and you cant just add up the GHz of processors together, it dont work like that.
(cells count as multiple processors, cores do not)

The ps3 is one forget yes of a powerful computer, however in gaming its quite wasted.
an equivelant CPU for a computer dont even exist for home use. it would be way way WAY to expensive anyways.
the PS3 is a godsend for power over money. but again, wasted on games.

everyone's loving XBOX has/will/again break.

Mine hasn't, but then again I'm not a dumbass, I know how to take care of it.

Do what I do, PS3, Xbox, Xbox360, Wii, PS2, PS1, Gameboy Color x2, Computer x5, DS, Gameboy SP, Nintendo 64.

Lawl, I'd like to see the Cell put on the market. See how well/bad it does.

For god sake, the processor that's used for managing orders to the other cells is powerful enough to run games by itself, Apple uses it in many of their computers alone. Then stack 7 (8, but 1 is for backup incase another breaks, microsoft should have thought that one up. :P) other processors ontop of that that can all handle operations simultaniously, each with their own 256 byte cache.
And you get some beasty stuff.

Honestly the Xbox doesn't "crash" very often at all. I haven't had a game freeze on me in forever.

Also if you keep the thing standing horizontally instead of vertically like an idiot and actually take care of it, it will last just fine.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there weren't many Xbox pros posted in this topic. Most of you supporting the Xbox are countering things said by others. Mostly with "But it doesn't crash". (Note: When I said "Mostly with 'But it doesn't crash'", I wasn't directing it at you, Noc. It's just the main argument most of you can come up with)

What are some real incentives to buying and Xbox over a PS3? Other then "b3tter netz" (Which is debatable) and "moar gamess".

I like to compare the Xbox to an iPod as a PS3 is to a Zune.

They're both great, but more people have one than the other.

But one gets constantly forgeted up in updates.

Not counting 3rd gen nano, the stuffty one that has buttons that break easily and random crashing.

by crash, i mean anything broken. and xbox cant deny its constant fail on the majority of its users over the few short years.
its a fact that a person wanting general info on a console needs to know.

i actually pity console gamers on what the next gen will be like.

because 1080P was horsestuff quality for PC's years ago.
and consoles hit a sad 1080P deadend. by time televisions get with the program and keep up with monitors, they will be to expensive for most console gamers to own.

consoles are closer and closer to PC's now anyways. i predict the near death of console gaming.
they use to be the alternative to owning a PC (post arcade years) but now pcs are cheaper and consoles are spendier. might as well make the jump.
