I remember when I tried out EVE. Played it for about 2 months.
The economy is really quite realistic. You could play the game and get pretty rich just by sitting in a station and buying/selling on the market, maybe some trading with other people using the contract system.
Great game, I just stopped playing when school started because it took up a lot of time. Now that I think of it I may start playing again. Hmm..

The best thing about the game is that there is no grinding. You don't have to do a stupid task for hours to level up; you just set it in your skill train queue and it trains itself over time.

At first I thought this said STD :o

Good for you. Your opinion has been sent to temporary files and will be cleared upon reboot.

Anywho, they have a pretty cool website up showing videos depicting the "history" of the events between this game and the last TNG film to come out, Nemesis.

Well I was planning on making a small site to manage the Blockland Fleet when all of this comes out. Bisjac will be very helpful as my HTML coding skills have gone to stuff in the late years. He's also providing the space to set up the site. I might get it started after my semester of college is over with. Too busy trying to catch up at the moment.

watched the movie yesterday, hopefully i get accepted

Don't say that in-game unless you want the hardcore star trek fans to start a stuffstorm about how it was never even said in the show.

I was about to say he never said that in the show. DAMMIT JIM, I'm a doctor not an escalator!

He did say "Scotty, Beam me up!" though :D

I'm going to buy this. Looks amazing, and by then I'll have a computer that more or less runs it :P

Yeah, I need a better graphics card to play this, so I'm going to have to save my Christmas money (if I get anything that is) and get one.
