Help deciding: PS3 or 360?

Protip: Graphics don't make the game. Gran Turismo has always been a very boring, mediocre series.

I LOVE the GT series, I find it great fun.  Sure it's no mario kart or motorstorm (Another great PS3 game) but it's fun.  Also, a great comparison would be Forza vs. Gran Turismo.  I think forza has some pretty good graphics. 
Also, yuki, your opinion isn't fact.  (Yes, I know, very hypocritical of me.)

L4D1 and L4D2 weren't on PS3 because, EA handles alot of the development on Valve games for PS3.

Yeah, Valve was going to do PS3 stuffs, but they decided against it.  Also, I've heard that the PS3 Orange Box was crap.  Hopefully Valve does some PS3 stuff sometime.

I have a PS3, and I like it. I've played an Xbox 360, and I liked it.

All that it really comes down to is whether you're willing to pay for online play (or not for PS3), and if one console has exclusives you want that the other doesn't have. It's pointless to argue about how the controller feels, or whether the graphics are better than the other. You're looking for gameplay options.

So, imo, PS3.

And I've heard that the L4D series may or may not be coming to the PS3 under EA.  At least after the next gen Xbox is out (after the 360), so then MS won't need to worry about 360/PS3 sales.

As far as I know the only PS3s that have backwards compatibility are the first gen ones. Otherwise no, they don't and you'd need to buy a PS2. Also, I don't want a Blu Ray palyer. I already have way too many DVDs to redo through Blu Ray. So I'm sticking with my xBox.

I'm one of the lucky bastards with a 60-gig first gen.
Best PS3 game: MGS4. Or MAG.

I have playstation ave a 3. It can pay Ps2 games, but I don't think it can play PS1. It can also play regular DVD's as well as Blu-Ray.

It can play PS1 games, I've played Spyro (PS1) for the PS3. Also Crash Bandicoot (PS1).
