hey guys, i want to do a little upgrade on my grandparent's computer to make it run a little smoother. it runs on windows 10. it runs on a 64-bit processor and 64-bit os. would a ram upgrade be enough to make it run better for them? it takes a minute to launch microsoft edge for them. it has 4gb and i hear windows 10 should be used with AT LEAST 4gb. what do you guys think?this is their desktop: https://support.hp.com/my-en/document/c02878388
a full minute to launch edge sounds like a hell of a lot more than just bad ram. I have a feeling there are other issues.
so i was thinking about building a pc for playing games since i cant find a good prebuilt ones out there, my current budget is of 15.500 argentinian pesos (553 dollars, according to google), what are some good parts to buy with a budget like that?
