The 3 hoppers you have in question are not covered, they are open hoppers. (unless you can find a clip of them showing otherwise)

AWVR #4992 w/ "COKE LOADING ONLY" written on the side
AWVR #4991 w/ "COKE SERVICE ONLY" written on the side, as well.
And as far as the make. I believe they are 58 Foot, 4 Door, Open Hopper.
And as far as car #8 on your list. It is a 47', 2 Bay, Grain Hopper. ("Bay" = the number of hatches on the bottom of the car. So car #7 is a 3 Bay Covered hopper.)
