What to focus on first?

Polish and mod completion (add special functionality to bugs and stuff that have been needing it)
Finish and release the MAS Magma Exo-suit
Finish the MAS Scarab-Wasp playertypes
Create more ASN (robotic) playertypes
Finish up and release the currently exsistant but unrelased bugs (the Tremormites, the two spiders, BugMod 3, ect)
Work on the remainder of the wasps

Getting the server up now. I apologize for running late, but the siren song of the pillow distracted ^^;


Server is love. The whole idea of it is nice, and the bugs are cool. Sadly, no vehicles :c

But holy forget I'm writing a story about this now.

Server down. I'll make big huge picturepostblurb later about it. For now, gonna do the internet lurks I didn't do earlier :3

I also apologize for not being on most the time. My rents made sure to give me plenty of warning they wanted to work on the house a bit /sarcasm

I really don't think the vehicles would work well for that, except walkers. (physics glitching aaaa)
And yay fan fictions! =D

Expect some updates for the next server, and possibly more mods.. ;)

And if I'm not too lazy perhaps another build. I'm debating remakin a Killing Floor map to bug use :3

So I was up till 5:00 AM last night, and I got a huge amount of work done. :D
And I fixed poison weapons doing no direct damage just now.

Here, have a changelog type thing:



==BugMod1==

  - The Scorpion, worm, and Spider are now heavier

  - Increased the jump height of the Mite (can jump up two trench dirt bricks), Scorpion and Spider (only slightly)

  - Slightly increased the jump height of the Scorpion, Worm and Spider

  - (hopefully) Fixed the mite getting stuck in bricks (can't climb up normal bricks now, but can still climb up plates)
 
  - Updated many of the mite's animations

  - Fixed the mountPoints for all bugs (back-pack flags now mount correct, and hats should mount better)

  - Updated the Spider's fall and crouch animations

  - Edited the death animation of the scorpion

  - Fix double-side issues (viewing models form the inside; this blocked player view when in tight spaces)

==BugMod3==

  - Added animations to the Vein spider (run, back, side, bite, jump)

  - Increased the jump hight of the Vein Spider (can jump up four trench dirt bricks at a time now)

  - Increased jump of the Caterpillar (can now jump up trench dirt bricks)

  - Fixed all double-side issues

All bugs can jump. Otherwise they can't go up anything but ramps after all.

Progress report on the next hosting:

Here's the 'Build in Progress' shots I'm deciding to share. Next time I host it'll be a TDM, maybe with lives, and a lot more focus on combat then last time. However, the smaller bugs won't be useless.

Those of you who have played the generic missions of Killing Floor way too much then good for you may reconize this arena in progress...







A note on recovery: In this map are special siderooms with only one access point. For MAS, these will be refugepoints, however a tricky bug can still snseak in as a teammate recovers. Unsure how I'm making bugs more survivable yet, but willing to take suggestions...
