What to focus on first?

Polish and mod completion (add special functionality to bugs and stuff that have been needing it)
Finish and release the MAS Magma Exo-suit

Without all the caps and word stretch, i do agree.
But with everything Army gave me some time ago, he didn't include the Power Armor.
I guess he is still busy with the model. :)

I would like to work on it anytime soon, but other stuff might delay me.
I had some ideas regarding making things work like, items on it, controlling it and stuff like that.

Army, will you be hosting A special Halloween trench dig server this time or is it just going to be the normal trench dig server?

I don't think he had time to make it more SPOooooooOOoooky.

All he has to do is use the environment setting and make the sky and the lighting dark and spooky. Unless he has plans to do more than just that.

I might do something fro Halloween, but it might be rather late. I have lots to build. ;)

I had a blast on the server today! I'll post some pics of some trench dirt glitches I had once I have figured out how to put them on here(hopefully soon).

Quick balance changelog from just now:

   +Increased the bug bite damage from 15 to 17 (six-hit-kill instead of seven)
   +Created big bug bite weapon (Deals 25 damage per bite, but strikes slower)

   +Increased the range of the Firefly flash (might revert depending on how things play out)
   +Increased the damage of the Firefly Flash (the damage dealt wasn't even noticed before)
   +Increased the effective angle of the Firefly Flash (the Flash was very hard to use before. This should help)

   +Increased the damage of the soldier mite bite slightly (Was to weak)
   +Increased the knockback of the soldier mite bite slightly (an attempt to give the soldier mite a stun-lock ability)

   +Removed knockback from the jumping and normal spiders (Spiders are very very strong. This is the first of some possible nerfs)
   +Increased Pulse time of the vein spider poison (Flash effects were a little too constant)
   +Removed a pulse of the vein spider poison (should make Vein spider less deadly. Still annoying though.. :)

EDIT: I'm getting a rather nasty issue with the flash poison: The flash effect from each pulse lasts a very long time (~5 seconds). The flash amount doesn't seem to do anything currently.
This wasn't happening earlier today on the server, and all I changed were several values.

Also, I was getting a console error every time poison flash was used (I don't remember the exact error, unfortunately. I think it had to do with the game not finding a value.) Oddly, this error has disappeared, which again makes no sense because I hardly changed anything.

Hmm, well without any console error, it is hard for me to find out where the bug is. Unintended word pun hurr durr
And if the error magically dissappeared, it is even harder.
If you have it again, please post the error and/or what you did prior to this error.

As for the flash amount not doing anything, that might have to do with the strange error you received.

EDIT:
Quickly checked the code, found nothing special.
Did fix some potential issues of which i am surprised nobody found them yet.
They involve that people might not have taken damage from poison attacks at ALL when damage amped.

Though nothing has been found that could explain your errors. :S
Did you upload the latest changes to Dropbox as well?

I sneaked the powersuit in my testing area (kind of hard to hide it with just my jacket...)
I am gonna have fun fiddling with this later on, for sure.
Though only one weapon from all those plans? ;P

Also, still quite some vital animations missing, but at least you made sure to give it an appropriate sitting animation just like all your other models.
I wonder if it has an appropriate headnode (read: hatnode :P) too...

Double post. Here are two more pics of the server.

This time the two flags are floating in mid air.

So, debating which project I should focus on, just so I can get SOMETHING hostable:

> Trenchdig rehash that included the 'cap points to toggle active various stuffs' mechanic.
> MAS Angoria v2, aka 'awesome base of fun times and showing stuff off'
> A random plotting idea: a small player team trying to get to a certain endzone of a map before the much LARGER bug team can overwhelm them. Think Left 4 Dead but with players controling all the beasties and its all bugs.

Any requests on what I should be focusing on?

Consider something like a 3 team DM or something.
Team 1: Government army, blames MAS of triggering this apocalyptic future while fighting off these buggers.
Team 2: MAS army, tries to eliminate all buggers and other enemies.
Team 3: Bug(ger)s, tries to eat everything. Nomnomnom.

Maybe a 3 team CTF or whatever.

That way you can also be creative with different kinds of human classes without overpowering the one human team too much (because there are 2 human teams now).
