Author Topic: The BioShock Pack Need Scripters!  (Read 49566 times)

No one has agreed on switching the tommy guns.
I do not know if anyone here at this moment cares about that, no offense.


Perhaps I should post about the actual topic for once. I would be willing to help out on this project. I'm not what you would call a scripter, unfortunately. Im more of a modeler than a scripter, but I see that you've already gotten 5 modelers. The scripts that I make are good enough for what I do, but I dont know what your expectations are. Depending on what your looking for, though, I may be able to help out. My advice if you choose to accept me: Have me make the basic base script for the weapons and have someone else make the special functions for the weapons (such as homing projectiles, raycasting, etc).

In case you couldnt tell, Im asking if you want me as a scripter.

Is that even a part of this pack? If so, how am I supposed to script it if you didn't give me the DL link to the model? :|

Either way, it doesn't look good.

Underwater buildings: What you need is a underwater buildings what im saying is that air is underwater so inside the building is waterproof underwater.

Bioshosk Player: Just like what you see when playing Bioshock.

Video Bricks: No offense but someone has to put videos in Blockland.

Hats: Not the hats that has to have a saying to put on I mean the default hats in player customization we can always ask Badspot how he did it.

Rotating Bricks: you know for i dont know right at this second...

Vehicle Path: Take for example the submarine at the beginning you build a path so when you get on, it'll automatically follow the path.

  • It's BioShock, not Bioshosk. And Bathysphere, not submarine.
  • Underwater dynamics had no baring on the first game, and on the second game it worked differently than our water. It's like a low, slow gravity zone.
  • That kind of player wouldn't be too different. Nothing to do.
  • Yes, offense. You are one of the many thousands of people who ignore the many thousands of topics outlining how that is completely impossible how you want it.
  • The forget do hats come into play in this mod?
  • Dude, not loving possible, and why would we need it?
  • That's simple stuff I'm sure some other mod already has. Trains follow within tracks, anyway.

Then How about magnetic switch so for example if you played LittleBigPlanet theres a magnet switch that would be useful for
chain-reactions.

This is sparta Bioshock, not Little Big Planet.
