Really?  I mean come on, I know like, 2 couples past fertility (~40) that have no kids.

It seems that roughly 1/5 of American women do not have children. While not the majority that is still rather sizable.

About 10% of children are enrolled in nonpublic education. I can't find any data (though I didn't look deeply) on how many property tax payers have children in public education, but I would say it's not far fetched to think a large amount or even a majority do. In urban and even suburban areas there are far more non-property tax paying citizens than there are tax paying.

I'm fairly certain that when someone who owns an apartment rents it out, s/he bumps the price up to cover taxes, including a tax to the school systems.

While that is a fair sized portion of the population, America isn't a very radical country.  As stated in that Wikipedia article, "Being childless was considered bizarre in the 1950s," and only 10% of the population was childless.  We don't often change laws to accommodate a small part of America.

As far as I know, public school funding comes in part from property tax collection from land owners in a town. That is, only actual land owners (not renters) pay school related taxes.

I think prisoners should get education in prison. Whats better, teaching prisoners about why they shouldn't do it and make them smarter, or locking them up in a room and expecting them to learn something.

I'm not talking about everything's life together. I mean one measly person's life. Almost everyone's life is worthless, because idiots lives are worthless. Smart people's lives have value however, but a smart person, regardless of if they partake in crimes or not, will not go to jail. So we can assume that all people in jail are idiots, and since idiots lives have no value, we can execute them. Or we can at least not give them any luxuries.

Also, to all of you people who have said stuff about educating people: A person does not have to be educated to be smart. If they already are stupid enough to get into jail, then educating them might have some effect, but they obviously weren't meant to be smart, and the efforts are pointless.

If this makes no sense, its probably because you are either an idiot or I am too tired right now.

If you're talking about crime rates as a whole, no. Study shows that the death sentence is not effective in deterring crime. If you're talking about criminals alive, sure. But that makes us, as a society, murderous and bloodthirsty. I agree with you on most things bisjac, but not this, that's forgeted up.
