In all of the server making stuff i needed to do,I believe i did it.

I port forward.I showed a picture of the port
I Made sure that my firewall wasnt blocking this
I made a network on Hamachi
When i use a Second Terraria,It stops at 83% and closes the first one.
I get pissed because i cant make a correct server
