I use shadow scale armour, mining helmet with goggles in social slot.

Obsidian Skull
Cloud in a Bottle
Rocketboots
Something I can't remember

Items wise:
Grapple hook that isn't in hotbar
Fiery Great Sword
Molten Pickaxe
Molten Hamaxe
Aqua Scepter (this is a GREAT WEAPON)
Viletthorn
Lesser Healing potions that aren't in hot bar
Magic Mirror not in hot bar
Orb of Light not in hot bar
Piggy Bank not in hotbar
Minishark not in hotbar

I also always carry some iron, torches and shadow scale helmet
