When i play it on Fullscreen it screen tears everywhere so it looks like it lagging and its annoying :(

So I made a depth meter and I noticed the lowest my ground goes is like, 400 above.
Now according to the wiki 400 is around where floating islands spawn. Clearly something is wrong.
Is my ground supposed to be level?
