is there anything that can help me fight skeletron? I tried to kill him twice and failed both times.
What sort of play style are you using?
I used the Minishark and some amount of meteor shot to kill Skeletron, along with meteor armor.
Aim for the hands, and once you destroy those he's
almost powerless.
Was quite easy. But I guess that's because I had ~18 defense at the time, and decent accessories.
Rocket boots/other flight items can help you
alot when fighting skeletron, due to the way he attacks.
I swing my sword at people and occasionally use my bow, and then also occasionally use vilethorn to hit people through walls
I don't know how you can stand using bows. Guns are so much more powerful, their shots aren't affected (as much?) by gravity, and can fire at the same pace or more rapidly.
The vilethorn is pretty much useless outside of normal overworld/cave monsters & imps. It'll become obsolete pretty quickly.
