The amarok yoyo is my current melee armor.
Yoyos are just so good, since they are as powerful as flails but can be held in the air.

I am pretty sure Asphalt Blocks can make you go faster in some cases, not only boosting your movement speed but making dashes from the Tabi, Master Ninja Gear and Eye of Cthulhu shields.  If I remember correctly, your dash distance is quadrupled.  

Edit:  That being said...I wonder if the Tabi/MNG stack with the EoC Shield...?

On the minecart I can phase through him and only suffer some damage then continue yo-yoing him

Is there a reason why Im only getting about half of the enemies in the Solar eclipse? Im getting swamp thing, creature from the deep, possessed, fritz, frankenstein, vampire, and eyezor, but none of the others

I think you need to beat all three mechanical bosses for the rest to spawn
