ITT: Everyone thinks every weapon is terrible.

I've been using Strange stock for Heavy since the Sandvich nerf and Black Box/Shotgun/Equalizer most of the time for Soldier, it all depends on your play style though really

Except for the Tomislav and Liberty Launcher

Those are terrible and if you use them you should feel terrible
whats so bad about the tomislav?

a slient spin up (which doesnt work half the time) is balanced by -20% fire speed. I see no problem.

Tomislav isn't bad, it's more that heavy is usually bad.

Any half decent soldier uses the equalizer.
You walk at 100mph when hurt, you hit someone twice, and they're dead.

Only bad soldiers (redundancy) use the equalizer.

And the Brass Beast.

Brass Beast is generally fine if you're going to be defending, though it gets worse the less players are in the server

What really pisses me off is when Heavies try to attack with it/Medics Uber them to take out a Sentry

I use the Equalizer almost solely as a getaway device and the Black Box when there are no competent Medics or abundance of healthkits on the map, otherwise I use the Original

I've gone up against Heavy after Heavy and no matter what I do, Tomislav always comes out on top despite the slower firing speed. It turns the Heavy into a stealth class.

The silent spin-up "stops working" after you start firing.

Yeah, and someone sneezes on you and you die, so unless the other team is full of people who couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with a laser pointer it's a getaway device

The Disciplinary Action is where it's at guys.

also I use brass beast for everything just because i'm pretty prepared for things
e.g: i can take down a sentry with it because ill get my timings right and such

mad cause he gets killed by equalizer soldiers^

So if a weapon is good, only bad people use it.
Cool. Logic.

If you can take down a level 3 Sentry with the Brass Beast it means there's a problem with the enemy team (or, given the benefit of the doubt, they're just not paying attention)

Actually, it's probably more likely that it's just bad Sentry placement

Liberty Lawnchair has its uses - it is NOT a front lines weapon. It's for hanging back and taking out Scouts and Snipers. It has its uses, but as Soldier goes it's a downgrade for most.

Rocket Lawnchair is for the front lines, spamming other classes with rockets.

Black Box is actually a front lines weapon - if you have decent aim, you can nearly double the health you're already getting every second from a medic. I'd say it's a sidegrade, all things considered.

Cow Mangler 5K is just weird. You can use it to fully disable a sentry gun, but it does such little damage to it that it's rather redundant. Assuming you even have the time and aim to prep and fire the thing. Its damage to enemies is pretty bad. Its only saving grace is that a Pyro is screwed if it faces the CM5K.

The Original IS the Rocket Lawnchair.

Equalizer is pretty much the quintessential Soldier melee.

Equalizer: I use it as a getaway device/medkit run.

Tomislav: Don't like it, I can easily move around and dodge the heavyspam while killing the heavy with grenades.

Brass Beast: I use it sometimes when defending a point, only problem I have with it is that crits with it can be insanely OP (87 damage a shot what)

I guess it's not just a possibilty I'm a good heavy then... ;(

It's rather difficult to not be a good Heavy...
