how do you make a goddamn space shuttle or ssto. every time I try it never works. yes I looked up all that mumbo jumbo with the center of mass, drag blah blah but I always run out of fuel. either too much mass or engines are too weak (cant be stronger because more fuel required, aka more mass, aka plane will be as long as my richard)

I made the same mistake once.

ok to be fair i made that a while ago but i havent gotten any better and i am awful at this game

loving finally. I've never been that great at keeping my focus on actually doing things in KSP, but this winter break I've managed a vanilla experience in the science career mode getting to another planet. Now to land it when I'm less tired and have less of a headache. :P

Also, the lander piece of that probe right there is quite possibly the most well-designed thing I've ever done in KSP.
