Yeah I did.

I'm pretty sure Santa came to my fort.
At first I thought it was going to be scary, but then I read that it emanates an aura of giving and kindness.

It doesn't give very good presents, it just kicks my dorfs like 7 tiles away. :(

Edit: I sort of gave up after it murdered anyone who had even picked up a weapon in their entire life.

I proceeded to send as many untrained dwarves with the promise of fame for whoever kills the beast after a while the thing came into my base and went to my barracks it's now sitting there wounded.

Edit: One of the loving surviving squadeeys went into the barracks and made the thing come out. forget.

Edit: Dwarvern Caravan + Ambush stuffs about to go down.

Edit:
Impressive mid battle: Craftmenship:

After having a fair bit of fun watching the Titan I decided to lose hope and let my miserable dwarves migrate to my next fort. (I mostly gave up because the Titan was made of agate)

You just got attacked by a loving stone triceratops with a unicorn horn.

A stone motherloving triceratops with a mother loving GOD DAMN unicorn horn.

It didn't click what a Ceratopsid was but now thanks to use I understand why it was fighting the way it was.

Edit: Is there any easy way of getting to my fort in adventure mode?

You can have your character start off in a country near it then fast travel to it. I wouldn't recommend travelling to it unless you have a party of five or more because if you sleep at night (which you probably will) the bogeymen might attack you.

did you guys see gnomoria

its like DF

except with graphics

and no giant wall of text

Yeah it's okay but if I wanted something easy and with no depth I would be playing Minecraft not a DF clone.

this looks like I should try it

It seems way more simple though. I mean if it had as many features as DF (or more) then I might play it.

its still in alpha but it has the basic stuff down like workshops, mining, crafting, total kingdom worth, traders, and attacks on your fort

can you kill a entire ambush with a quadriplegic dwarf?

I've had a giant humanoid made of iron or something like that before, but an extremely experienced (and old) miner meditated on his skills and removed its head with his steel pick in a single turn of combat. He decapitated it long before the military arrived on the scene.

Bump.
