After the hardships that began to commence, a mass social movement in the area called for peace. Sadly, their message was unheard and they were forced to evacuate on their governments’ ships that brought them into deep space. Eventually, they landed on Cerio after several nations had been established. They decided to leave their mark on the world, carrying their ancestors call for peace and prosperity. They have named their nation after their leader, Thar, who lead them to their new home.
The people are very curious and eager to learn and many take up study and research in the sciences. Thus technological and civil development are slightly faster than normal.
After the troubles and threats of war from Cerio, Tharsha built a mothership to where it flew into deep space. It remained there for several decades. Eager to make contact with humanity, it attempted to find Cerio via ion trails from human ships. However, it has come to Terra where it is maintained orbit.
