So I might build a computer for my Uncle soon. It would just be a normal computer for everyday stuff. What would be a good powersupply for a build like that?
I was thinking this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027
It says 500w but some reviews are saying it's actully 400w. Would a 400watt still be good for a low cost build?
Go with like a 300w Bronze or Silver certified PSU

since it seems he's not doing anything tasking i'd ditch western digital and go for a hitachi or seagate drive
you're also forgetting an optical drive

I got one I just didn't want to post it. Any suggestions for other hard drives.

Just thought I'd point out your case as a usb 3.0 slot, but your motherboard doesn't support it.

The CPU is old and pretty weak. I'd suggest an an Intel CPU with integrated graphics instead; a Pentium or an i3 would be ideal.

Well, some new recommendations would be helpful of CPUs and motherboards.

Hey does this case support micro atx mother boards it does not say.
