RAID isn't backup though lol, you're wasting money.

I will take the advice for this computer build.

I will go to the conclusion that I only need one drive, and that an external drive is almost as reliable as RAID.

Note that RAID is meant for the situation where one drive dies, then the other drive works and data is saved. I only did this because our old Dell gaming machine had mirrored RAID, and one of the hard drives died out. Data was saved in that case.

Though, can somebody link me to a Thunderbolt card/adapter for Windows, if it exists?

I forgeted something up
Basically whenever I plug in my headphones they don't work, they just make the sound quieter through the default speakers, and I'm not sure if this is normal or not but when I took the headphones out the thing you put in the headphones port was pretty hot.
I don't really know the words for those things, but you get the point.

the headphone input?

maybe it messed up the headphone jack from being so hot, next time it happens try to figure out the temperature of the input.

For some reason, my GPU has completely stopped outputting HDMI it seems.  It detects that a monitor is there and makes the effort to try and display things, but the monitor doesn't actually receive anything.  Could it be my mini hdmi to hdmi converter?  I noticed that when I screwed around with that by bending the cord I got the screen to say "check signal cable" instead of "no signal" for a little bit (It displays no signal when it detects that the computer is there, then says check signal cable if the is disconnected).  I have also gotten it to nearly display for a bit when jiggling the cable.  I have a GTX 560, by the way.

Could be the cable.  If it gives you that message when you work around the cable, it's definitely the cable/converter then.

What vintage computer does the Arduino uno with this lcd compare to or what is the best computer that the Arduino out preforms with the lcd listed.?

or MAYBE with modern tech the Apple Macintosh Portable?

And I will be making a BASIC OS for it like apple BASIC. Also if you cant really cmpare it to the computer then just give me the best cpu that the Arduino beats.

Does it effect performance? They came with the Gpu and it was my first time installing a graphics card like this one, so i just did as it told me to do. I have a few spare pci-e cables, you can see one of them at the bottom.

Barely, but it's always recommended to use the proper connector instead of a converter.

I just checked the specs, and it's only got 2kb RAM. It also lacks dedicated sound and video hardware, so I'd say it's on par with the NES.

If it is retail, yes.

If it is PC builder version / OEM then no, unless you use the same motherboard.

Hmm, I was told a while ago that I could install it on the same hard drive if I was getting a different motherboard as long as I had the install disk.

I agree, the NES is a good example but I'm not sure Zefoo wants a console as a comparison still that's probably the best I would have found.

The MOS Technology 6502 can be compared directly to the Zilog Z80.

Had same problem, thought it was adapter for same reason. Turns out my GPU had actually bust and got a replacement on warranty. It was covered in a lot of dust so I assume it overheated and something went wrong, might be the same for yours.

Did your other ports work?  Because mine are still working, just the mini-hdmi port doesn't seem to display anything.
