There's also the fact that he has no silencing abilities, yet Annie is silenced, unless he has a silencing passive.

its fun if you only have 2 friends online to play with and you really, really dont want to queue with absolute handicaps

and its also cool that there's no real meta, so you can pretty much pick whatever champ you want and have a fair game
