Im in promos for silver but knowing my luck i wont get very good teammates.

I've been slowly climbing my way up to promos to silver, last time I was in silver promos, I got teams that were somehow worse than the teams I was with in Bronze V, it was awful

Everybody plays the game at their own pace. It's pretty cliche, but life's too short to be an starfish.

The best way to get out of bronze is to carry with mid like syndra or akali, and force your team to take objectives.
