Did you do this to every heavy weapon

You may want to trim down the flash n' mold lines.

TAU UBERSUIT MODEL SPOTTED!!!!!

I'm done protecting tau, that mobile suit fits into the tau aesthetic way too well.

not really
it doesnt have the forgettarded feet, thunder thighs, modest shoulders, bulky chest, or pretty much anything else resembling a tau battlesuit

Mektek just stopping doing Battletech stuff in favor of making a Heavy Gear game and Mechwarrior Living Legends is no longer being developed. Sadness.

A miniature wargaming store just opened up at the local strip mall by my school. The place was empty and dead when I looked through the window, just a few partially-stocked shelves and terrain tables, and there's a crude poster outside advertising a 40k tournament, prizes included.

in fact, it has normal looking feet, large calves, huge shoulders, and a tiny chest

Atleast it has better proportions than Game's Workshop current Catachan models.

If you saw it, why not support it?

Also, irrelevant questions!
  • Someone please tell me why every IG list I read is always talking about vets in Chimeras. What's so bad about normal Guardsman platoons? If they're more numerous, cheaper, and easier to field, why not field them instead? Sure, they break if it can't be helped, but aren't there options to prevent this? I dunno, it just strikes me as a bit weird that everyone spams armor vets w/ melta, even if it's effective or something.
  • What do you guys do for pinning (as in drilling holes in models for placing parts w/ pins)? How do you make sure that the pins are accurately placed?
  • Are Grenade Launchers viable choices for Guardsmen squads? I still don't have a codex so I can't be sure on the points cost, but from what I've read GL's are pretty mediocre thanks to their lack of mastery over any real field. What're your opinions?
  • Opinions on new codex rumors? They say Ward's on Orks. Pray to Gork n' Mork for deliverance.
  • Do you think Guard sergeants will be able to swap their laspistol+CCW combo for a lasgun in the next IG codex update? This was apparently present in past IG editions, but was removed in the most recent edition, and I find myself wanting to do it pretty bad (which is also why I'm asking about pinning).
