The only thing that bothers me is when demo man says "I didn't need your help y'know" as thanking

I swear countless medics stopped healing me afterwards because of that loving line

sometimes a spy doing the thanks voice command will give a thumbs up but if you're crouching sometimes the hand goes through the spies crotch.

It's been capped at 90... unless you mean weapon fov

Little tip for you:

4:3 = 90
16:9 = around 106

FOV in the Source Engine is pretty bad.

yeah I say thanks whenever I pick up a healthkit or kill someone. I think I tend to say thanks more after a kill when using a strange cause it increases the number.
Also when deploying uber as a medic I just repeatedly scream Help!

I do that with annoying scouts who cannot aim and are just pesks that fly around and poke you for 1 health with that one stray bullet.
I sometimes just stop and say "No." and blast a few rockets at them.
