except the new architecture will be more expensive than the current one most likely
technology gets cheaper with time, it's how things work generally
one notable exception is DDR4 ram :(

i don't think he needs a ssd, and i don't trust any product without any reviews.
If he can afford an SSD, he should definitely get one; it makes a HUGE difference in how fast the computer feels. Also, I wouldn't worry about the power supply, it's made by Delta and they make really solid products.

if you could tell us what you don't trust please tell us what it is
and i would get an ssd for atleast the boot drive, trust me it's definitely worth it and i don't think he'll regret having it in there

How do you know, what if its actually cheaper due to optimizations? Resources are also a factor.

Stuff like DDR4 will go down price soon, SSD's where expensive at first, and still are sort of, but they got cheaper.
Only time will tell.

bc it's brand new? brand new things are usually expensive for a while because they're new. if you're under a budget then get a previous gen because it's been around longer and is therefore cheaper.

I need some advice on a new graphics card. Im running a GTX 560 Ti at the moment and decided that its time for an upgrade since most newer games im unable to run smoothly. (Im looking at you, Witcher 3.)

I honestly have no loving clue what im doing with hardware and was hoping yall could give me some suggestions. So far im looking at these two

and im not sure which one to go with.
I have a limit of like ~$400.

In this day and age between cards of the same model it tends to come down to two things. 1) Will you be overclocking yourself? If not get the one with the highest factory boost-clock (often EVGA cards such as http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487088&cm_re=evga_gtx_970-_-14-487-076-_-Product). 2) Vanity; do you like the way it looks?

Aside from those aspects they're pretty much all the same card, you might be able to overclock one card a little more than another and one card might run a few degrees cooler than another card but no one card will ever be much different when compared to another derived from the same reference model

The EVGA one has a slightly higher overclock, but it's really insignificant. It really just comes down to what band you prefer.

Yeah I figured they were pretty much the same card, but one of my friends has a deep down hatred of MSI and I was just seeing if anyone else preferred one over the other.

Are there any other cards worth looking into?

Asus maybe, I personally like EVGA - good brand to roll with

Asus is my favorite brand, not a fan of EVGA. MSI is aight.

Guys make me a build that can run fallout 4 at 60 fps 1080p. (All current modern games).

Parts have to be individually 100$ each or less Excluding graphics card and cpu (Im looking at a 960 but if you can find something better for 200 or so then go ahead).

Very important the 100$ thing.

Not just fallout 4 I mean current games basicly. Please can someone make me a build?

why not?

Probably because of the aesthetic, which is my reason for rolling with ASUS brand cards

this ASUS card is like $20 cheaper than the other cards anyways, so I might just end up going with it.
