Well go for it then mate.

what? he doesn't need it. it's unnecessary.

I meant to say "go with the build that you have then."

so i've been decided to make a good gaming pc for my friend, and building it for him.
his budget is 800 dollars, so what do you think about this list i made?

why are you using such an expensive motherboard if he's not overclocking? gtx 750 ti sli wouldn't be cost effective either
this would be better as it has an ssd, much better gpu and a high quality power supply. motherboard doesn't have the same kind of expandability but it's alright, imo if he wasn't planning on using any of the extra pcie slots a b85/h81 matx motherboard for $30 less would work just as well

alright then fix it how you like

What Jerome posted should be fine, this is also an option: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Chipskate/saved/#view=x24v6h

that looks cool. and damn, i didn't knwo 960's were that cheap.

yeah his has a better ssd and the processor clocks higher
however if it's a strict $800 and no more then the rebates might be a bit of a problem, if not go for pentiums

i just noticed it's like 850 bucks. it's gotta be strictly 800 or less without rebates.

i don't think he needs a ssd, and i don't trust any product without any reviews.

If I where you guys I wouldn't go with an FX Processor, socket AM3+ is on its way out and AMD may announce a new architecture soon.

Guys make me a build that can run fallout 4 at 60 fps 1080p. (All current modern games).

Parts have to be individually 100$ each or less Excluding graphics card and cpu (Im looking at a 960 but if you can find something better for 200 or so then go ahead).

Very important the 100$ thing.

problem: fallout 4 hasn't been loving released yet

except the new architecture will be more expensive than the current one most likely

fallout 4 doesn't even look that great, and the minimum and recommended specs haven't even been released yet
