I'm not 100% positive as I could not find a quote, it may have been a ban reason I saw in someones signature. I remember I saw a ban, I actually believe it may have been Okiver, were Badspot said something along the lines of "You are no longer welcome here, any keys you attempt to purchase will be banned."

I wish I could find where I saw it.

Glass, dotdot*, and Juice (aka wound), are all habitual offenders.  I have no doubt they will all get new keys and be back at it within a month if not within the hour.
