C02 seems like a stupid choice to even buy in the first place to me. Just get something electric and a smart charger instead of paying a buck for every mag you use up.
Electric isn't very reasonable for pistols. With the lack of space there isn't room for a standard battery like what is found in an AEG and you cant get very high FPS. Anything over 250-300fps is very rare for electric pistols, unless you spend lots of money. I think they both have their advantages, but I prefer C02 pistols vs electric due to the power.

EDIT: its also less than a dollar per c02 tank. Sometimes about $0.50

Get a spring one, my pistols are 250 FPS and I have 2 of them.
You have to rooster it each time though so its kinda inconvenient if you're used to pulling the trigger rapidly.

or get a gas pistol like most airsofters   -________-

I've taken a fondness for CQB, any recommendations?

*cough*

Spring is just too slow. They can get to a decent fps at a low cost, but the only time i will really use pistols is when I'm trying to make a quick getaway and need to throw tons of bullets down range. The noise of the C02 also adds an intimidation factor i guess.

Gas = C02

Depends, my bi-weekly paycheck is usually ~$200.

So maybe something about $100-150.

I would recommend something, but i don't really do CQB. I do have a nice Thompson, but I'm not sure what brand it is because it was a gift.

Thats a good price range. Thats about my range for my next sniper. That one i will upgrade for more accuracy (new inner barrel + silencer)

I have found the best investment you guys will ever make. You will probably never lose an airsoft war and you will be partially bomb proof.

Is that legit a airsoft vehicle?

I think so. I googled airsoft tank and it was the 1st one. Lol

about $100-150.
VFC HK MP5A54
KS E90 (with degraded spring, or spend some extra money to get the CA P90)

hell what am I thinking-- I don't really know any good sub-350 fps guns for below 150 that isn't an M4 variant
