My only hope is that if legal action is taken, that Badspot will let his loyal customers and player base here about the possible suit and tell us of the victory (defeat seems unlikely).

Certainly, if they plan to sell the game then taking the name Blockland and even the brick image is a clear violation of US Copyright laws, could be different else where.

One of the links posted above even mentioned this "BlocklandCentral" site that looks like an abandoned dwelling for old RTB players.

The different sites listed above could be separate projects. Seems like they are run by a bunch of old RTB players who didn't/couldn't make the transition to Retail and are converting that bitterness into a half-hearted attempt at 'Annoying Orangeing' BS.
