Yeah in rare occasions. GTAV isn't finished developing yet so you won't be able to download it, because it's not finished.
They wouldn't of delayed it 2 months if it was ready to be downloaded :cookieMonster:

Games pre-ordered with digital download distribution software like Steam or uPlay can sometimes be downloaded prior to release, due to the large download size of the game. It also helps since less people will then download the game on launch, and since Steam has over a million users, I think trying to take the edge off the download servers at any given time is important.

Also, you have to remember, even if a game isn't released, it could be finished. Also, Steam does allow updates, so they could theoretically allow preloading and just update the game as content changes behind the scenes.

durr i love to be a (pc) race traitor and pre-order awful games like GTA 5. i love to play candey crush as well.

hey guys, add me on skype if you're up for playing gta v after its released

Has this thread turned into post pictures of GTA 5 being in your library?

I certainly hope that you guys do a proper Blockland GTA 5 crew, because the one for Xbox 360 was rubbish. There seemed to never be anyone else online ever.

The blockhead logo to put on clothes/cars was cool though.
