help someone play with me. you need a mic and discord and thats it

this game is so DEPRESSING

I'm saving up for an office to be an executive, but want to know how much it costs after the office, so the cost of warehouses.

I hate the grind for money in this game and just want to try something new, even though I only have 600k and no real assets. But if it's going to cost me an extra 1-2mil after the office then I won't even bother.

Do you even make decent cash from trading contraband?

you make real good dosh from trading contraband, but the amount of money to need to start a decent business is well over 2million.

Not sure on contraband, but the highest-level office with all additional extras (like the weapon store and the hidden safe) set me back about $6.5m. I believe the absolute cheapest is $1m, and then you have to buy the warehouse separate (not sure on pricing, probably in the hundreds of thousands).

cheapest warehouse is like 200K

That's not too bad then. I'm only going to get the $1M basic office, since I don't care about the weapon locker or bank, and they alongside the accommodation cost a ridiculous amount.
I may upgrade in the future, as I'm led to believe you can upgrade without buying a new place.

$1.2M is fine enough for the start up cost though. I was really worried that the warehouse would be another 1M, as Rockstar seem to think that every new thing should be extortionately expensive even if it defies logic.

The game almost feels like a cheap mobile-phone game at times, given each higher level item costs more and more and it takes you even longer to earn them, which is 'eased' by the ability to pay for shark cards.

yeah, but be aware that the smallest warehouse only has 16 shelves to stock up on. largest warehouse has 111.

That's alright. I'll probably take the operation slow anyway, as I have very little hardware to help shift most of it.

My brother and his friend will likely work with me, providing the muscle. My brothers got most hardware.
I just hope I get a chance to try something new.

I just got the stock office and a small warehouse. So far the effort it takes to get crates and sell them, combined with the risk involved, still hasn't provided a better alternative of generating cash than doing contact missions. I guess it's fun though...
