Author Topic: Cca possibly using BLHack.dll  (Read 26629 times)

i thought everyone to exist was banned from all of tezuni's servers
There's actually not that many people on the ban list

if you have a list of people with the hack please post it
I cannot prove that some of the people I know about actually use it more maliciously than I do.
Also seeing how you guys want my blood spilled on this floor, God only knows what you'll do to these people if you got a hold of them.
Why would you a hack in a sandbox game?
I honestly don't understand what pleasure is derived from doing that.
And you never will.
When you say "You" do you refer to "Cca"? because you cannot say anything for me that I feel. Like you can't say "Cca is hungry right now" Because you are not Cca and you don't know if I am hungry or not.
Basically you will never ever be able to comprehend my enjoyment of using it for the glitchy screen.

The only harm that this drama has actually given me is me not getting unbanned from Zapk's.
As for Blake1's server. I don't recognize it as an official server. I tend to only join high player count servers that are popular, or legit development servers. get rekt'd

On a positive side from this Drama:
This drama has helped me exercise some of the lessons of Alan Watts, and things I've learned in my Psychology and Sociology classes. I believe nothing further can be developed from this thread. All the biggest points and arguments were on Page 3.

I don't think anyone here subscribed to Alan Watt's daily video feed.
You must remember this is a multiplayer game, for the most part - and if something is fun for you, it may be very dreadful for others.

Cca seems to be not malicious in my mind.  He never has.  He as a way of doing things, and he does it with no compromise, and that's why I think people dislike him.

I can also understand the glitchy looking thing that he seems fond of.  It seems fun.  :)

Disclaimer:  I do not own blhack.

Just because you didn't abuse it in any way this time doesn't mean you haven't in the past or won't in the future. You have a hack, and I don't want you on Blockland at all.

Alan Watts is dead. Also you can't claim that for other people; only for yourself.

Cars aren't illegal, hacks are.

Cars aren't illegal, hacks are.
Very good point. I will give you that one.

I am trying to argue the point that I should be pardoned from this because I was not using it in a malicious way.

The tool itself is illegal. The fact that you didn't use it in a malicious way doesn't excuse you from the fact that you had an illegal tool to begin with. In my country, it is illegal to own guns. If I got a gun and didn't use it for malicious purposes, I'd still get my ass kicked for having a gun to begin with.

I can't defend myself from that stand point. I'll give you that too.

Thanks for being respectful about the situation.

Lol, that's a totally different thing. You chose to turn on your hacks, driving a car is not related.

Cars aren't illegal, hacks are.
In extension, it is Badspot who determines if said hacks are illegal or otherwise permitted.  What the EULA does is give Badspot the right to decide this with effective legal stand, since Badspot owns the rights to his own game.  Since Cca hasn't been banned, either Badspot hasn't been online, or he wants to see how this turns out.

Think of it as the EULA being the judge, but Badspot being the police.  The judge cannot arrest the offenders, but the police, as the executive force, can.  This is in-part what's so unappealing about YouTube's policy on copyright– it is all determined and executed with one electronic system.

Though, Badspot is not one for double standards, as far as I've seen.

Again, not defending or attacking Cca, just bringing points to the table.
