They're in high demand, And also really hard to get.
You only get them from 4 extremely high level monsters as a rare drop, Or you have a chance at getting them from bird nests which are also a rare drop.

why the forget is hunter/summoning/farming/dungeoneering/thieving so uninteresting and boring?

i can't even make good exp with dungeoneering because im level 13 dung and it decides to give me 10 exp each time.

There's a trick to getting good exp with dungeoneering, but I forgot it.
Check the wikia it should be mentioned there.

Also dungeoneering can be interesting, and so can summoning.

I had gotten tzhaar creatures as a task, and because my master was kuradel, I could set my task as the fight cave.
So I did it, and got all the way to jad, kicking his ass, got him down to 382 HP.
All of a sudden my prayer ran out, and he had done his range attack.
382 HP.
A regular punch probably could of finish him.
I hate jad.

except i only got him to 30k hp and i panicked prayer switching lol

also waru unlike all the other skills thieving is actually really fast to train
you can get 150k xp per hour at like level 70 with blackjacks at the thieves guild
