I would also like to add that 98% percent of the game is just deathmatch stuff, I'll stick to my building servers.
Can you cite the method to get those statistics?

that's a load of stuff
most relevant servers are all sorts of roleplays, fad games like falling tiles or grapple knife, or survival types

Good job frankie, you gave Kalphiter exactly the publicity he wanted to get. Way to spoonfeed him.

You mean those stuffty city rp's where people just spend their money on guns and kill each other? Or those server's that try to be like DayZ(aka deathmatch with zombies on the side)? Or those kinife tdm's?

i see what you're getting at but cityrps arent meant to be deathmatches and zombie team survival servers are more common than dayz types
plus, knife dms shouldnt even be considered normal dms but honestly in the handicapped fad category like falling tiles or any of those servers that get a ton of players for like no actual gameplay

...What if Blockland launcher had a version selector. Kinda like having a computer with multiple OS on the HD.
Before launch you can select the version you wanna play it. Eg:

1. v21
2. v20
Input:

Obviously v.20 will be discontinued for updates. So it will require no maintenance from Badspot.
The server list will divide itself. So people who select v.20 will not be able to see v.21 servers, and people who select v.21 will not be able to see v.20 servers.

This way people can have best of both worlds. :D
This is actually a very good idea, but badspot doesn't listen to anyone so it probably won't happen, and if someone else tries to make one he'll probably ban it and the person who made it

i hate this to be honest. it's called "survival", not "huge-mapped deathmatch".

tru
while it does create a bunch of unjoinable entries, is there not a way to hide that?

what the forget does he care if the userbase is fragmented, it's not like he plays the damn game

besides there's plenty of servers to go around, fragmenting the userbase wouldn't be a major concern

I can't believe idiots still give a damn about maps being canned. All of them except Bedroom and Slopes were dogstuff.

worth it

-_- great someone decided to red herring this into a maps discussion.
