It uses the word days, so thats why I chose to use the word day. Whether or not evening and morning come a hell of a lot slower in heaven than they do on earth, they are still referred to as days.

Man I did all sorts of Christian stuff at Primary school, And I still end up singing hymns to myself sometimes.

But I don't think i ever believed in Christianity?  And I can't even think of a time as a child when I wondered if god existed.

If I am thinking right, the Babylonians were the ones that invented the 24-hour day, so it is very well a different measure of time since Moses wrote Genesis likely before that happened. Although I'm still inclined to believe that they were similar since they've always been based on an earth rotation (sun comes up and goes down).

Days have always been counted as day/night, as far as I've seen too.
