Meanwhile, we get a stuffton of research finished. I hired a bunch of scientists(The base was MASSIVELY overcrowded), let them do their thing, and killed them all when they were finished. They were all lured to the hangar and blown up by multiple High Explosives planted below the ground. The Hangar will be damaged, but we have the cash to pay for the costs.

I was always thinking that if you are playing normally, you cant get worse than -1000.
(Probably xcom has "adjusting" difficulty, i.e. if you play great - aliens are more powerful and vice versa)

p.s.and i just was going to install xcom apocalypse(dont choose xcom base with high buildings, if they fall, your base is pretty much done)

Six soldiers attended the mission, not counting the tank operators. Half of them died. And we still got an "EXCELLENT" rating.  This game has a sick sense of humor that I love.

I brought tanks on the previous Alien Base Assault. Guess what happened? Everyone died because tanks take up a lot of space. Six soldiers and two tanks. Half of them died horribly.
