Character naming priority: Survivors from UFO Defense first, everyone else second. On the bright side, the UFO Defense survivors will die first*Cough* Talia/Lee Hanson/Revolver Rookie/Pyro Rookie/Elvis/All of the 500 memes clones because forget them*cough* before the new recruits do. Probably. If I'm unlucky, some of the veterans from UFO Defense will survive, them being the hardened badasses they are.

Guile picks off the aliens while Talia rushes in and misses at point blank with a shotgun. She is instantly killed on the next turn, along with everyone else.

Because this is Marathon mode, everything takes a long time to research. The "We Have Ways" bonus you get from selecting South America as a starting continent is VERY useful in Marathon.

Somehow, the game thought I was playing Multiplayer and booted me RIGHT FROM MY CAMPAIGN. Good news: We don't get paid at all anymore, we have no meld, and we're completely loving broke.
