Some buddhist temples that reside in Galaumia hear of what was a war in the north concerning buddhism and get a nice stiffy before they contact one another, arrange some dank stuff, send out some lads to meet up and then send them north, a accumulated 600~700 moving northwards to scout out the lands and possibly help with their revolution with aid to the wounded and to speak of their homeland, assuming they manage to get into the country and not die and that they are understood well enough to get their messages across.
The King hears of this, but determines not to do anything. It is not his part to meddle in a religious affair of another country, with another religion. He will let the Assembly vote on any action any of them might deem necessary, but he advises them that a large majority of Galaumia are now Buddhists.

Orshkal's forces withdraw from the Rustuffe homeland in an orderly and solid manner, making sure to leave by a different way than they came and causing death and destruction as they do so, salting fields and burning homes and forests.  Their forces have congregated past the Rustuffe border and continue to conduct occasional midnight raids into Rustuffe territory.

Orshkal's King negotiates with Dolvanam, resulting in a treaty ensuring military aid from Dolvanam in exchange for minimal protection fees for fifty years.  Troops from Dolvanam arrive in Orshkal's Norther region, ready to protect it, although it seems that Dolvanam is loath to take on an offensive role in the war.  Fresh troops from Orshkal are sent South to retake lands.  Trade in the North increases, allowing Orshkal and its allies to provide more and better supplies to its troops for less money.

So far, casualties on both sides have been high.  Rustuffe armies, navies, and civilian populations have suffered somewhat more than Orshkal's, but Molenia and Mawahe have had it, by far, the worst.  In Mawahe and Tejina, calls to end the war and focus dwindling Rustuffe resources on either rebuilding the shattered island tribe and stopping highwaymen and robbers respectively reach a crescendo.  The people of Orshkal, excepting an agrarian minority living in its middle latitudes, almost universally call for continuing the war and rendering the Rustuffes incapable of instigating war in future; many believe that if the war is ended now, it will only rekindle to Orshkal's disadvantage in the future.

Ateni History 101 to be made later today.

Daun Sun Bao has died, Rousseau is Bao.

Roussaeu requests an end to war at the Ru'sh Naal parliament and gains the support of the Navaro tribe who garuntees their assistance in defending Rustuffe lands during the peace agreement. The Teijina representatives feel that further union with the Ru'sh Naal parliament will not be acceptable even with the peace agreement and announces it's intention to succeed from the confederacy.

Ru'sha, Daijoua, the northwestern Titwack and Kastwata provinces and the newly joined Navaro province all declare an intention to end war as declared by the name of Bao, and defensive measures are increased in all the cities in the area.

Ptacolo Tei states that he has it on the best authority that the true will of Bao is to continue the push north. Declinining to inform his soldiers of the decision to withdrawl, he informs them that the final will of Bao must be executed and the decesed Bao's plan is put into effect.

The main branch of the military begins pushing up the coast with a renewed sense of purpose as it is rumored that the Rightful Bao himself may be fighting amongst them, meeting the Orshkal and newly arived Dolvanam forces just south of the next Orshkal city.

The fighting reaches a stalemate after several weeks until one night a bizzare fog began to pour through the enemy camp.
The Arm of Bao had requistioned all of the poppy plant extract used medicinally for soldiers suffering from pain and insomnia, and was lit enmasse upwind from the encampment.

That night the Arm, with damp cloths over their faces to defend themselves from the noxious fumes, walked through the enemy camp slitting the throats of the unwary soldiers, whom were so consumed with feelings of comfort and pleasure they did not even flinch as the Rustuffe soldiers dispatched them.

Immediately follwing the dispatching of the main gaurd, the city recieved word by messengers who had barely escaped the effects of the fumes. By then however the city was already under seige as Kastwata archers, with cloths soaked in oil and lit on flame tied around their arrows began a feirce volley on the northern city burning a good portion of it. The forces retreated for the remainder of the night and in the morning the primary military branch began their main seige of the city.

Word of the attrocities commited upon the defenseless soldiers reach the Academy of Ru'sha whom become furious at the misuse of their research claiming that the Bao had inteanded to prolong and heal life, not destroy it, through his studies.

Calls for the retraction of soldiers are refuted on the grounds that most of the Military at this point is controlled by the Wereu tribals whom wish for the continuing of the war.

Mawahe, pretty much the only tribe in the confederacy still on good terms with the Wereu, also call for an end to the fighting, withdrawing their naval forces that were previously on route for a final seige of Molenia, claiming that the war is senseless. The navy is repositioned to better defend Rustuffe waters, and Ptacolo Tei calls for immediate sancitions against the Mahowaeaen Tribe due to their traitorous acts against the nation.

The Rustuffe parliament sides however with Mawahe, the Navaro representative claiming that the only people who are defacing the will of Bao are those who act with such anger on behalf of it.

Roussaeu, claiming authority over the Arm of Bao requests that all soldiers immediately cease attacks and return home to defend the country. Ptacolo Tei however demands they stay in the Orshkal region to finish the seige of the city. Mixed orders reach the Arm, however given a convincing argument by a Gungixian soldier currently fighting along side them, they swear allegience to the Wereu as the peoples acting on behalf of the will of Bao.

-snip-
Where is Roussaeu's Galaumian spirit? A true Galaumian would never act like this.

Free Fydorsmen forces finally storm the kings palace. Once inside, the soldiers arrest the king and all his  council. The king is brought to the provisional government for a public trial once they finish deliberating on what to do.

Militias throughout Lotavik begin disbanding and returning home to their families, farms, and professions. Aid groups are formed by displaced soldiers who travel throughout the land helping to rebuild. Some men even stay as farmhands or servants to whomever they help.

The war weary state has minimal military currently and is focusing on reform. Many thorns in it's side are to be removed by the next government.

Verorthodox missionairies are continuing to spread throughout the Slavic regions. Some begin to enter Ru'sh Naal. World news of declining economies and past and current wars begin to re-enter Lotavik.

Bro, the next city is far, far North of the first one.  No way your troops are that far up.  Fighting has been intense, and by rights Rustuffe forces have gotten only as far as Orshkal's nametag, not too much farther than that, and it's a hecka long way to the next city.  Your options are void or referring to some settlement not worth putting on the map (doesn't mean small, just not big) that's not too far off from the front lines.  Also, you'd need to burn a lot of opium to get it concentrated enough to have that effect, although I won't hold that against you.

Orshkal's navy, in a Hail Mary effort attacks the city at the tip of Ru'sh Naal's beak.  Using ship mounted siege machines, the walls are broken down and the inhabitants massacred.  Before Rustuffe or Galaumian reinforcements arrive, nothing but broken walls and charred buildings remain.  Orshkal's navy fights its way back North, and with heavy losses finally arrives at the capitol with the spoils of war.  Messengers come from Orshkal's islands informing them that there was a great slaughter by a fleet of ships from Dolvanam, and very few men survived the battle, although Dolvanam's troops left after causing great damage and suffering moderate losses.

Reinforcements from Orshkal arrive and surround the main Rustuffe forces at a distance of about a half a mile, and in a bloody and costly charge attack the Rustuffes.  Only a few hundred men of this much larger force survive, but their overwhelming numbers are enough to dispatch with the Rustuffes, and they take no prisoners.  The body of the general is found impaled by multiple arrows, and is dragged by horses all the way to Orshkal's capitol, where it is hung above the city's main gate.  Orshkal's and allied forces push South, routing panicked Rustuffe soldiers, and letting a small force follow to pierce the heart of any fallen Rustuffes, making sure none attack from the rear.  Learning that Ru'sh Naal is making efforts to make peace, Orshkal's troops stop a bit North of the remains of the Southern City.

Also, your capitol's big university was burned to the ground, remember, when a few soldiers that penetrated the wall faked being dead from the explosion of the Temple of Bao and burned it to the ground in the middle of the night.

Right the Academy of Kai was burnt there are smaller academys strewn about, you did manage to set us back a few hundred years in medical research but whatever, thats actually what happened in china around this time so there you go.

In any case, I misjudged where you said my soldiers got pushed back to, so thats why I assumed they were approximately halfway up the coast, furthermore you said the reinforcements were placed at the northern area so I also figured that I would actually have to be at the northern area to engage in fighting. I do not assume I am in the city right now because yeah there are still far too many troops for me to have a direct push, they were merely doing a prolonged seige barrage.

In any case the loss of the Wereu capital hits the morale of the Wereu soldiers to cause an unprecedentited fit of rage. With no homeland left they begin to slaughter all the inhabitants of the region as the main forces still responding to Ru'sha authority begin pulling back, occasionally coming into internal conflicts as conflicting orders are given whether to withdrawl or progress. Alot of soldiers basically say forget it and leave on mass south to protect what remains of their destroyed home.

Discussions of a new Rustuffe parliament based in Navaro to facilitate peaceful interactions with the recently upstart tribes in the area begin to be held but the Wereu representatives become increasingly upset about this.

Teijina has remained neutral on all recent matters having managed to avoid recent conflict in the war thanks to the reinforcements. Ru'sh Naal attempts to administer authority over the region however their attempts are met with mixed results as more of the population pledge allegience to Teijina's local administrative authority instead of the state rulings. Much of the northern area by the city, The Titchwahk province, is however opposed to the departing of Teijina, as that is where most of it's food supplies are sent in return for raw materials usually unavailable in the region.

A representative of the city of Teijina meets with the King of Orshkal to discuss a treaty that would allow for protection of future Teijina ships while ensuring Teijina remains neutral of all further conflicts with Orshkal or its allies. This would include ceasing use of it's ports for the production of Ru'sh Naal ships and full succession from the Ru'sh Naal union.

Word of this dissemination reaches Wereu whose citizens claim that Teijina has shown its colors as an enemy to the nation and action must be taken against the city.

Mawahe removes many of its sailors from the Ru'sh Naal navy and begins discussions with the parliament to ensure self-governance while continuing trade-routes and supplies from the mainland. Many naval ships pass by the returning damaged Orshkal ships from the sacking of Werina City without engaging in conflict, instead asking only for the return of Baoist artifacts to attempt some sense of decency in this time.

Some ship captains do this.  Many, however, mourn the loss of their brothers and think with rage of the atrocities that the bloodthirsty Wereu even now commit on the battlefield.  The ships plow on home, some after returning some Baoist artifacts and such.

Orshkal's King demands that if there is to be any peace, the Wereu must be handled.  Even now his troops die at their hands and kill them.  That aside, ships passing through Orshkal's waters  from Tejina or Mawahe will receive no bad treatment that all ships passing through Orshkal's waters don't get (this means they'll still have to pay protection, not smuggle, and accept being boarded twice per voyage so that Orshkal's officials can search the ship for contraband).

Orshkal's forces, coming under attack by Wereu warriors, begin to advance once again.  Despite the berserker fury of the Wereu, many are killed as in their fury, many have set off for individual vengeance or their ranks lose their cohesion.  Orshkal's forces reach the pre-war border and stop, digging in and only entering Rustuffe lands to avenge Wereu attacks or hunt or that stuff.  Work to rebuild the Southern City begins.

The fury of the Wereu turns on the capital at Ru'sha and many are confused as to which side they are supposed to be fighting on. Many academies are destroyed and the supposed recipe behind Dyoeng Sun Bao's immortality potion was lost in one of these attacks.

Many of the Ru'sha Citizens migrate north into the peaceful lands of the Navaro, to escape the attacks, and a perimiter down the center dividing the Ru'sha Province to prevent further Wereu incursions is established to prevent the tribes from reaching further east. The Arm of Bao is divided into factions loyal to Roussaeu and some to whom they believe to be the rightful heir of Bao on the Wereuan side, although direct attempts to identify who this person is or if they even exist have gone on to no avail.

Roussaeu  asks the Galaumians to help defend Ru'sha and defeat these Wereu traitors.

A few Galaumian soldiers have heard word of these attacks and send word back to the capital. The King, horrified by the accounts of these events, calls for an increase in reinforcements. 30,000 more troops are sent, divided into;

15,000 Kanisteieir
15,000 Nieufamu

These men travel to Ru'sh Naal through Siderland, helping to reinforce the current troops and planning an offensive. We will not let these heinous, horrible crimes stand against our brothers.

Roussaeu is the true heir to the title of Bao. We will defend that claim. Any who disagree are welcome to come up to our troops and attempt to spit these words of discontent.

Galaumian soldiers enter the Capital of Ru'sh Naal to restore order. Any Wereuans are asked to surrender. If they surrender, they are taken back to a Galaumian war camp and treated well. Any that disagree are killed.

Orshkal's forces continue to conduct raids into Wereu territory, avenging their fallen comrades and extracting significant value from the land through looting and in some cases organized removal of resources from mines and forests.  This slows down after a Wereu force destroys an Orshkal controlled mine.

Wereu warriors continue to fight hard against both Rustuffes and Orshkal, but their forces have suffered such losses in Orshkal and recently in Ru'sh Naal that they are unable to do much real damage, and their dwindling forces are forced to retreat to their homeland.  All told, two thirds of Wereu males of fighting age are believed to be dead, maimed, or missing.  Many in the Arm of Bao that fight alongside the Wereu follow them in their retreat.

Prices for various things, including food and labor, increase in Ru'sh Naal as there is less land suitable for farming and fewer people to work the remaining land.  Within the Rustuffe government, two factions arise: one calling for easing the peoples' suffering and bolstering their morale, and another for rebuilding efforts, as when Orshkal's forces left, they left nothing behind them.  The Bao's Minister of Finance believes that there is not enough money in Ru'sh Naal to do both to a satisfactory degree.

Upon the discovery of sapphires, garnets, and small amounts of gold in a river running through Gehendenland, a fair number of Avalonians return there in hopes of making some money.  The local economy begins to make a recovery from the Zesisoter Panic.

With it looking like the Orshkal-Rustuffe War is coming to a close, Siderland once again allows Rustuffe and Orshkal traffic.

Map of Orshkal-Rustuffe War - Not 100% Accurate, but Close

Dark Pink is advancing Orshkal & Allies.  Light Pink is retreating Orshkal & Allies.
Dark Blue is advancing Rushies.  Cyan is retreating Rustuffes.
Spatters are major battles, colored according to victor (not necessarily cut and dry victories, but victories).
Red is destroyed city.  Orange is damaged city.
No, it isn't super easy to make everything out.  I apologize.

The whole thing makes more sense if you have some idea of what order things happened in, and since the whole thing's been TL;DR, I've written up a chronology, no promises about its exact accuracy:
1) Orshkal's Southern City becomes the front line as Rustuffe troops push North.
2) Orshkal's navy conquers Mawahe, and Orshkal's and Ashkaliyan troops destroy the city on the Rustuffe Eastern Frontier and approach the capitol.  The Southern city falls to the Rustuffes.
3) Rustuffe forces drive Orshkal from Mawahe.  Molenia's Civil War begins, and quickly ends with independence and non-involvement in the war.  Orshkal withdraws form the island.
4) The Rustuffe capitol receives some damage, but Orshkal's forces are forced to withdraw from its immediate vicinity.  Orshkal loses more and more ground in its homeland.
5) A series of attacks form Orshkal destroy the Southern City (I didn't put in all three battles; Despite the city's destruction, the Rustuffes ultimately won that battle, but lost two smaller ones).
6) Galaumian forces arrive in Ru'sh Naal.  Orshkal & its allies leave the Rustuffe homeland.
7) Acting against orders, a Rustuffe general leads a massive offensive into Orshkal, but is eventually stopped and his forces totally destroyed, allowing Orshkal's forces to advance far South.  Orshkal's navy razes the Rustuffe city at the tip of the beak (Wereu capitol).
8) The Wereu go ballistic and in light of a potential peace and the Tejinan independence movement, attack everyone and begin a civil war.  Galaumian reinforcements arrive.  Orshkal reaches the pre-war border and conducts raids into Wereu lands.
9) With high Wereu casualties, the tribe's coup de'tat shrinks into its own territories.

Galaumia sends Assembly Leader Saï Moreau to help develop peace talks in the long going Rustuffe war.

The Wereu begrudgingly cease their raids on Orshkal and Rustuffe lands and announce their full succession from the Ru'sh Naal Republic, which the Republic itself is reformed into the Ru'sh Naal Union to better serve the citizens of Ru'sh Naal during this time of crCIA. Teijina while declaring its intention to succeed as well has agreed to provide resources for the rebuilding effort in return for guarantee of a reestablishment of Kai academy foundation, under Teijina managment, and future resources to be provided to Teijina as requested.

The Titchwack, Kastwata, Navaro, and Ru'sha city form this new union, with the border to Wereu being siginficantly more towards the Rustuffe capitol than before. (I can make a better approx map later when I am less triptophaned from turkey).

Mawahe would also continue to provide naval services for the Ru'sh Naal union and the city of Teijina but would not be part of the nation in full. What remains at the port of the raised town east of Ru'sha (forgot its name dyonea or something) is converted into primarly a port for the reconstruction effort to make its way up into Navaro territory, where the majority of the populace now live, having largely abandoned the capitol at Ru'sha. Messages go out to the neighboring tribes through the Navaro of potential for the joint ownership of the area allowing for all the tribes to benefit more greatly.

The Galaumian Bao Roussaeu has gone missing.

The Galaumian Bao Roussaeu has gone missing.
Considering his last seen location was in Galaumia(?), war camps send out calvary units to scan the countryside, as guards search the big cities. Infantry units are posted at the 3 major ways out of Galaumia incase someone is attempting to escape with the Bao.
