I'm pretty sure he means "Have public decency" or something.
Plus I hardly believe anyone would loving walk into school in just a thong.
Try reading this:

Of course school regulations can't be ruled unconstitutional in most cases. In all contexts however, having a rule that's vague or relies on interpretation is very bad. So no "public decency" or "within reason" unless these phrases are explicitly defined.

includes all nipples, butts, roosters and vaginas.
go in a bikini if you want. just your underwear and a shirt. go for it. have fun.
So men would have to wear bras if they don't have shirts?

If you don't have clothes don't go to school lol

I'm basically asking you all just to propose a rule you think would be good. I can't really discuss/debate unless we at least have that.

The thing is I'm not putting a school law in to ordinance I'm allowing people who know how to dress themselves to read the post and know that unreasonable clothing is obviously off limits.

Solution: Before you choose your outfit, ask yourself this question: "Would I wear this to church?"

I won't wear jeans to church but I'll definitely wear em to school.

casual attire is pretty specific without having to go through literally every article of clothing and mark them off.

that depends on if the person asking themselves that question likes to go to church

Regardless of whether or not you go to or enjoy going to church, ask yourself that question.

The forget is "unreasonable"? There's no reason to use terms which are open to interpretation when you can explicitly state who can show what body parts.

Not a bad question, but a lot of teenagers don't really go to church, or might not think church is a formal occasion anymore.

Do you not know how to properly walk outside dressed or...?

Okay, in better terms, what do you cover up on your body?

Rule proposition:
 - Maximum back exposure: 33.33% distributed over any part of the back
 - Maximum front torso exposure: 10% only at the top (or whatever percentage allows for lower cut shirts but not too low, would need to measure)
 - Length of shirt sleeves: no requirement
 - Length of pants/skirts/shorts: 1/3 way toward the knee minimum, unless you need something longer
 - At least one layer of clothing on your body needs to be opaque and cover your genitals/buttocks/nipples
 - Clothing used to meet the coverage requirements must be at least 75% opaque
 - Force > 50N must be required to remove your clothing from coverage regions

The argument here started about how dress codes are loveist.
This is largely due to them being vague or having different standards for men and women.
You don't seem to know what makes a good regulation, do you?

Alright then... what do you suggest?

I wouldn't wear a t-shirt and jeans to church if I went
