actual legitimate mission music for real this time
I pop flares, and lock onto the nearest drone and fire an HSM at it.
The missile goes for the bait, and yours takes out another drone.
Faw hits his turbocharger and veers off to the left, intending to divert most or at least some of the drones' attention by increasing his heat signature and speed.
The incoming missiles continue to pursue, but your additional speed buys you some more time to decide what to do with it. Another drone fires on you.
Bell dives into that mess and starts opening up with the guns on the drones, she deploys flares too
You spoof the missile and gun down one of the drones.
I drop a string of flares. The flight is below me. I enter a dive and fire wildly upon a small cluster with my gun. Hell, one of these big-ass shells would probably forget up a drone in one hit.
One of those big-ass shells
would forget up a drone in one hit, if a hit could be landed. As it stands, the tiny, maneuverable drones are very difficult targets.
I pop flares again, and a moment later I set my throttle back up to 100%. I lock a heatseeker on one of the drones and fire it before immediately picking up another lock thanks to the massive amount of targets. Missile 2 away, at yet another drone.
Closing in, I start spraying more drones with bullet rain.
You shoot down one of the drones with the first missile, but the other goes wide. You then clean up your miss by shooting its target down with your guns.
Everyone who was AFK used the appropriate flares to avoid the incoming missiles.
A tremendous planar shockwave erupts in the midst of the drone swarm, knocking out several drones with a single missile. Another two are then dispatched by more "conventional" means.

: Sorry for the delay, these two were having mechanical issues.
<<Previous Next>>changing the rules again with 1 flare use per missile I see
You had 2 on you, did you not? Because that would be 2 flare uses. Everyone else was covered by the guidance scrambler, and didn't have to use as many.
