The Imperial hold appears to be a portion of the city's market district fortified into a small base. They seem to be on alert after your attack on the airfield, and some trucks are attempting to leave, only to find themselves stuck in traffic.

Bell lights up the defense emplacement with her guns and drops a guided bomb on the large tank (?) in front.

I perform a strafing and rocket run on AA emplacement 1.

Bell goes in and shoots up the second AA team with her Avengers, dropping two guided bombs on the missile launchers before completing the run.
