"Walk around a bit until you warm up," she says to Elu, patting his shoulders gently.

Cualli looks over at Arkhip. "Where should I put my bags? Do you have a guest room or something?" She picks up her luggage again.

Jaakko turns to Tippy.

"I'll follow you," he says.

He is briefly concerned that he might lose her in the crowds before immediately correcting himself, concluding that she has red hair, a metal jaw, and both of them stand a head or two taller than the crowd.

Jaakko turns his attention to the holographics, enamored. He had never seen them before, not in person. He then turns his attention to the food in the stalls, then to the vigilant drone, curious about its function before realizing that it's watching the crowds.

He then looks to see what's in the long corridor.

Tippy looks at Jaakko while walking the corridor

"Are you hungry or do you want to get settled in at where we'll be staying?"

"I could eat," Jaakko replies, regarding the brilliant signs and the unfamiliar sights.

He briefly forgets Kronovostok and Tordenskojld.

Elu stands up and begins pacing.

: You're sitting in it. Couch folds out into a bed, so you'll be sleeping there.

He then looks to see what's in the long corridor.
The corridor appears to be at a downward incline, presumably because the walkway connecting this set of terminals to the main building goes beneath the tarmac. As you make your way down the hall towards baggage claim, you hear a motor approaching from behind accompanied by a steady constant mechanical chirping.

Jaakko turns to see the racket behind him.

Tippy while walking looks at the different signs looking for anything that would imply a food court.

Jaakko turns to see the racket behind him.
You stop and turn around, expecting to see those golf cart-type things for transporting people too important to walk from place to place, but see nothing. Then a treaded, almost but not quite waist high security robot rams into your leg. It stops and speaks something you don't understand (but Tippy does) in a soft, feminine voice wholly uncharacteristic for its appearance when you account for the grenade launcher mounted to its left side and the two gun barrels attached to its right.
[Excuse me.]
The machine backs up and goes around you.

There is a directory nearby, under a screen showing departures, which shows you where you are. Also on the map are markers for places where you can buy food, and apparently the part of the airport you just left was full of them.

Jaakko is immediately annoyed with the robot, and then watches the machine roll past and looks in wonder at the bot that could wreck a half city block that just casually rolls around the airport.

He realizes his absent mindedness and returns to Tippy's side.

"Oh." A hint of disappointment is apparent in her voice. She moves her bags out of the way and, despite still shivering a bit, pulls off her hat, gloves, and scarf.

"Cozy place," she remarks, her gaze settling on the fireplace. "Bet that's warm." She nods to it before taking a seat on the couch and leaning back.

Cualli watches Elu pace for a few moments, remembering his shaking and twitching from earlier. "We might need to get him something to cover up with to keep him warm," she suggests. And, in a lighter tone, "And... probably warmer pajamas for me."

: Like, do you want to get clothes for him? Because he kind of... wasn't built to wear clothes.

She shrugs. "I know, but... I don't want him getting hurt because of exposure. Do you have something else in mind for him?"

: Dunno. Maybe he should stay indoors for the time being.

Elu stops pacing as the house warms up and goes to a window to look at the sky.

Cualli watches Elu, smiling warmly at his apparent fascination with the stars.

"So do you have anything in mind for this evening?" she asks Arkhip, slowly bringing her gaze to him. "Like... dinner, maybe?"

: I have to stop by a temple first. The one dedicated to the Blood Goddess is the closest thing this town has to a homeless shelter, so odds are good my mom's there. After that though, sure. How do you feel about bar food?
