Tippy runs part way into the heat, throwing her sleeved arm up to cover her face. She tries to listen over the deafening noise for cries for help.

The cacophony of the initial explosion has since dispersed, and with your hearing returning to you you can clearly hear people calling for help from within. Unfortunately it sounds like rounds are still cooking off in the back.

Upon hearing the noise Tippy rips away from Jaakko once again and delves deeper into the heat, ignoring Kirves shouting.

"Just go Jaakko! Go now!" she yells before going beyond the safezone into the hell of the armory.

Jaakko doesn't let Tippy get far and follows her into the armory without thinking. He stops in entrance and freezes, staring into the armory.

Jaakko doesn't let Tippy get far and follows her into the armory without thinking. He stops in entrance and freezes, staring into the armory.

Entering the armory you immediately notice evidence of two people still inside. You can see a pair of legs (presumably still attached to a body) behind the now-open door to behind the desk, and you can hear someone coughing and choking farther inside.

"Get on the floor! You get the man behind the desk, I'm gonna try and get whoevers in the back!"

Tippy carefully makes her way over to the backroom door, flinching at any pinging and popping noises.

Jaakko drops prone and grits his teeth. Why would Tippy listen to him?

"Don't die!" he shouts behind her.

He crawls up to the man behind the desk and looks him over. The hot air carrying the smell of hot metal and cordite burns his nose. He resists the urge to leave.

It's the excessively rude quartermaster, lying mostly still. At first glance he looks dead, but upon closer inspection you see his chest moving and realize he is applying pressure to a wound on his chest to keep it shut.

The fires are currently being put out by the automated suppression systems and ammo has stopped cooking off, but the choking blanket of smoke still persists. On the floor you see two people collapsed and unconscious, one of them bleeding from a wound in their arm and leg.

Tippy gets up and kneels down near the person with the two major wounds, taking off her belt and brown townyzing which wound needs to have the blood flow cut off first.

Jaakko coughs and brings himself to his knees, looking over the quartermaster for any other wounds.

The leg wound appears to simply be a shrapnel wound, the arm one is a bullet that has gone all the way through. Of course, the toxic fumes in the air are a more immediate threat for the time being.

You cant see any on his front side, but the blood on the floor around him seems to imply he has another wound in his back.

The two of you drag the wounded out of the armory and are met with the sight of a damage control team (including a suit of powered armor) rounding the corner. They inform you in broken Aesthian that they'll take care of the rest and urge you to get to where you're supposed to be.
