it's not like he never has good points, he just tends to express them a bit erroneously, which a lot of people do. it's just a matter of keepin it cool and figurin out what people actually mean like usual except i guess it's harder when it feels like they're yelling

yeah but that's the reason he starts stuff all the time. he has opinions, everyone has opinions. it's normal. but he expresses them in such a hostile way that he always ends up causing 30 page arguments in 1 day and it's pretty much all he's been doing for the past few months aside from spamming meme garbage.

NOEDIT: he also tends to respond to counterarguments in a very condescending tone, insulting the other person rather than responding with an actual argument. this is what he does. he starts arguments and then throws stuff at everyone who doesn't agree with him for whatever reason. he doesn't always make bad points, but that doesn't mean anything if he barely makes points to begin with

i guess i just tend to think that encouraging the correct environment for rational discourse is a shared effort, and in situations like that it's important that at least one party is willing to take extra measures to bring it back to that state. it doesn't make any one party's behaviour excused or anything, but i guess as well i just don't care?? cus people represent their thoughts in debate and not themselves; it's typically only important if it's possible to understand what they're saying

Go off and make your own server, it's not that hard. In fact, hosting a BL server is made to be merely child's play. Pick your addons and everything, plug and play, etc, it's almost impossible not to be able to make a BL server nowadays. If you don't want to make it, either because you don't want to or can't (which more than likely you can't use the can't excuse), just find a friend who will. If you don't have any friends, then request. If you can't get a request out, buy or find server space from someone's dedicated server service. If you don't want to do any of the above, congratulations you are an absolute arrogant prick in refusing to do anything about this. If you refuse to even to the easiest thing to circumvent you going onto stuffty servers and wanting to make the server pool a little bit better and actually change it, you are hypocritical and self entitled.

just posting about it on the forums with a pretty OP and a nice bit of information can be enough to make people drop in; from there you can draw in a bigger audience from the non-forum crowd.

i did every last one of those things and I got like 6 players tops on my server

The only definitive feature is skill and creativity

If you can point out the flaws of a server you have creativity

If you have the tenacity to do it you are boasting skill

So instead of complaining either do it yourself or find something more entertaining
