No you can roll.

I've been backstabbed a total of like 4 times in DS3.

I've been backstabbed hundreds of times in DS1.

I've been consistently backstabbed in DS2 until I put on the turtle shell.

also yeah I've literally never been backstabbed in DS3
I've gotten backstabs on idiots but never had a sword up my butt.

With the lack of poise it's the most broken PVP to date.

Magic is trash.

So when I first saw this shield on the left I immediately thought of Demon's Souls. Turns out both shields regenerate health.
