So then I'll just play loving bloodborne. If I wanted a fast moving dodge every hit character I'll play the game that is actually loving built for that.

Why include big shields and heavy armor in DS3 just to make them useless? Come on now, stop it with this bullstuff.

Not everyone wants to make a "DODGE EVERY HIT" character. I like trading hits and I like protecting my teammates by standing in between them and their attacker so I can take the blow for them and my teammate doesn't get hit. As a tank you are suppose to take blows, not evade blows.

But hey let's throw that all out the window and only use estoc. forget strategy, forget armored builds. STAB, STAB, STAB, STAB, STAB, ROLL, STAB, STAB, STAB, STAB!
Quit being a little baby bitch and get good at the game. Whats next, you complain that there's no easy mode?

yeah man forget him for disliking the removal of a very important stat in the Dark Souls series
loving scrub needs to git gud

Not to mention its probably impossible in a few fights for a normal person to just 'dodge everything'
Satan Ill say it again, its a stuff argument and at this point you should just forget off or stop being a stupid idiot
also hes not even bitching about the game being hard

infinite stamina enemies should never be a thing. it's dragon shrine in DS2 all over again

What are you even talking about? "Gitting gud" is not about rolling around and dodging every hit. It's about strategy.

If I see some kid who is able to roll every attack I swing at him for, then obviously I will never be able to hit him with my slow weapon. So I have options. If I decide to allow him to hit me, that creates an opportunity allowing me to swing back at him.

If everyone only rolls then it's just two people constantly rolling and never getting anywhere. Real Japanese Samurai warriors allow their enemy to stab them to create an opening so they can kill their opponent. This is a real loving strategy.

What kinda pathetic half-assed cop out is this? Are you just ragging on the guy because it's Lord Tony and you think you'll get away with being a douchebag? He's making a very legitimate criticism of the game, he never once mentioned anything being too hard.

i guess at this point, making poise do something would actually have a pretty major effect on the game's balance, esp. if it were balanced without it. it'd probably be a lot more work than just making it do something, they would have to go through and make sure that decision actually makes the game better instead of worse

There is even weapons in the game that say they damage poise and have poise damage. The counters for poise are there, however these weapons also don't work.

So my character could have 0.0 poise and then I put on iron flesh. I can tank every hit without being stunned as though I had 100 poise. When your anti-poise weapons hits my iron flesh, they do absolutely nothing. I'll still tank every hit.

So Iron Flesh basically creates infinite working poise with a trade off at being slow but with fast rolling because I have no armor on. So what's the point of investing stats to wear heavy havel armor with slow movement, slow rolling 60+ poise and it's absolutely useless?

so the bloodborne parry and visceral attack sounds are actually stock sound effects

i've looked and can't find them someone do some search magic and get them for me pls

Yeah the dancer was a pain in the ass. But its not as hard later down the line save for the Nameless King.

I killed the Hag so I could kill the Dancer very early in the game so I can access parts of the game faster.

im talking about regular enemies having infinite stamina, the 3 ive encountered since that fight have all had this trait

uh

I'm assuming you've just entered lothric castle? The only enemies i remember are the knights and those heal/buff enemies. They were tough but not for stamina reasons i believe.

i thought those guys just attacked 2 - 3 times then stopped

Dark souls 2 needs to not exist anymore
who the forget allowed this, literally nothing in this game feels right and Im getting enemies who arent taking any damage despite not blocking

Dark Souls 3 is worse with the lack of poise and weapons not breaking.
