The preorder on Amazon gets you the retail version right? Not sure my internet will be good enough to download the entire game

If it's anything like most games of this century then it'll install it to your steam library, but updates for these games are pretty large anyway. I had to download like half a gig update after installing Skyrim via disk.

Yeah it'd be great if I could choose what they wear or attack with. They tend to wear the highest rated armor you give them, but there's been times they'll swap out their brand new brotherhood helmet for a nearly destroyed and half rated enclave helmet just because it's new, and there's no way to change their mind.

if you guys haven't, the Russel companion mod is super well fleshed out and interesting. makes me sad that obsidian couldn't do the same with all the other companions

Is it better than Willow? I have her and Ed-E at the moment.

never actually used willow myself, but what i've heard is that her story is more light-hearted and doesn't come with a very in-depth quest. Russel comes with a whole new world space, very professional voice acting which connects to other quests the author made (new vegas bounties I & II, the inheritance and some others) and a whole bunch of additional characters

yeah. theres a reason that nexusmods has nude mods in virtually all of their games.
